Our Staff
Stay & Play is committed to providing excellent care for the families that use our services. To make sure that our staff is comprised of quality individuals, each staff member must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a Child Protective Services background check prior to employment. Stay & Play requires that all staff members be certified in First Aid and CPR from a nationally recognized program. Staff members are also trained in daily health observation so they can recognize children who may not be feeling well or who require some extra attention. Every staff member is required to complete 16 hours of training in child development courses each year as part of employment.
